Just so you know, the transactional emails now include some branding at the bottom of the email. Registrants will now see a School Twist logo and a little Powered By School Twist note.
This round of updates focused upon three areas
- Speeding up the creation of new classes (automatically using the most recent picks)
- Limiting Grades and Days (only the days and grades relevant to your school()
- Catalog Summaries & Filtering (you can limit grades and days, plus show a summary of classes by Day-of-Week)
- Enrollment Page Reporting (Enhanced Financial Aid, Instructor Emails, Enrollment Totals)
We’ve revamped how we present the financial details and related statistics for the classes.
You can read a summary of January changes, plus the article Best Practice: Homeroom Rosters for After-School Classes
There were several enhancements and changes introduced during January. You can see them all here…
New: In addition to the existing quick refund amounts, such as 100% or 50%, you can now refund at any amount you choose, such as $25.
New: Reports, when printed, now show the time that data was exported in the footer.
Fixed: Reports were not working due to a change in the support libraries. We had been keeping an eye on it and we’ve upgraded our system to be compatible. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you encounter any problems.
We’ve removed a rare bug whereas a parent would pay after their window to pay already expired. There were only able to do this if they clicked the “Pay by Card” button before the button was disabled. We’ve also added the ability to receive an email whenever somebody baulks.
If you revoke an invitation to a new user, we now track and display who revoked the invitation.
Some much needed optimizations were applied to the system. Most pages, especially those with many events on now them run ~5X faster. During initial tests, all pages load in less than a couple of seconds.
